Download, print & submit the entry form below after you have carefully reviewed all the details, rules and choices. You must be a senior 50+ years old to enter.

The next scheduled club event will be 3 days, with 3 daily squads. Each day is a separate event combining the 3 squads. Pick any squad any day or all 9 to fully enjoy the competition. Don't be left behind, signup early to avoid being shut out.

All Events: Bowl at least one squad each of the three days.

Contact info and pricing shown on the entry form.

Three daily squads at 9am, 12:30pm & 4:30pm. Mix and match any combination of partners or times.

Groups: Please note on your entry form if you want to bowl as a group. Do not assume!
